Nicene Brands was founded in 2008 as a result of the acquisition of a portfolio of consumer brands from Schwarzkopf & Henkel. We've assembled a seasoned management team with backgrounds from leading consumer packaged goods companies, including P&G, J&J, Colgate-Palmolive and Beiersdorf.
